About Our Product
Herzberry creates custom resin rakhis embedded with an NFC chip. When tapped with a compatible phone, the chip plays a short personalized video created from the photos and memories you provide during checkout. After 3 months, the linked video is automatically replaced with a static keepsake image generated from the same photos.
Orders
- All orders are made to your specifications — style, photos, memory content, and (where applicable) custom engraving and voice message.
- By submitting an order, you confirm that all content you provide (photos, text, voice recordings) is yours to use, does not infringe on anyone else's rights, and does not contain anything offensive, illegal, or harmful.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if submitted content violates these terms, with a full refund in such cases.
- Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order, before production begins — see our Refund & Return Policy for details.
Pricing & Payment
- Prices are listed in INR and are final at the time of order confirmation.
- Payment is currently accepted via UPI, made directly to our UPI ID. We do not store your payment credentials.
- Your order is confirmed once payment is verified on our end.
Delivery
- Estimated delivery time is 7–8 business days from order confirmation, though this may vary based on demand or circumstances beyond our control.
- Each order ships to a single address; separate orders are required for separate delivery addresses.
Your Content
- You retain ownership of any photos, text, or voice recordings you upload.
- By submitting this content, you grant Herzberry a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of creating and delivering your personalized rakhi and video.
- We do not use your personal photos or memories for marketing or any other purpose without your separate, explicit permission.
Intellectual Property
- The Herzberry name, logo, and website design are the property of Herzberry and may not be copied or used without permission.
- This does not affect your ownership of your own uploaded content, as described above.
Limitation of Liability
- We take care in crafting and shipping every order, but we're not liable for delays or issues caused by courier services, incorrect address information provided by you, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Our liability for any issue with your order is limited to the value of that order, except where required otherwise by law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu.
