A tiny NFC chip is sealed inside the resin during casting. Tapping any modern smartphone (no app needed) on the pendant opens the video link in the browser automatically, the same way tap-to-pay works.
We also print a QR code and a short link on the gift card that comes with every order, so the video is always reachable even without NFC.
Yes. We use a templated video builder — your photos, your captions, your message — with gentle transitions and music. We don't use AI to generate or alter faces.
Yes. We send a draft link to approve within 48 hours of ordering. Your rakhi isn't shipped until you've confirmed the video.
The video is hosted for 3 months from delivery. After that, the tap automatically shows a keepsake image made from your own photos instead of the video, so the rakhi still means something when tapped — it just won't play back the full video anymore.
Casting and full cure takes 4–5 days, plus 3 days for domestic shipping — 7–8 days in total. Order at least 10 days before Rakhi day to be safe.
Photos are used only to build your video and are not shared publicly. You can request deletion from our servers any time after delivery.
Currently we ship pan-India only; international shipping is on our roadmap.
